Flow Jam Hula Hooping and Worship
Worthy Women Ministries has partnered with Joyful Smiling Body to bring women free beginners Hula Hooping classes! Come and learn about all the health benefits hooping has to offer, but most of all have fun and worship together! Hula Hoops will be provided for up to 8 women during the session. Feel free to bring your own hoop if you have one!
