Board of Directors

Donna Papa
Board President
Mrs. Papa has been a key player in the development of our organization over the last two years. She started as a mentor, working with our first graduate. We are blessed to have her leading our Board of Directors during this next season of growth.
“My name is Donna C. Papa. I have an extensive history of employment that would take more than just a page to write about and most likely bore you, so I will keep this short and sweet. I retired 11 years ago from working for the federal court system. The majority of my work history involved working for the state and federal courts. I was the courtroom deputy for Judge Clifford Shirley for the last 5 years of employment. I handled his criminal cases which included the appointment of counsel, setting trial dates, conditions of bond release, detention and suppression hearings, and in general, was the liaison between the court and attorneys. I also taught the procedures regarding electronic filing and Digital Evidence Presentation (DEPS) to local attorneys and paralegals to give them credits toward their license to practice.
Currently, my husband Carl and I run a home business that involves a golf swing aid that we sell on Amazon and on our website (https://pinhighpro.com/). The swing aid was invented by Carl with 4 patents. We sell our product worldwide.
I came into Worthy Women Ministry through a friend and met Mikhael Armao at that time. I have volunteered in the Diasozo House for almost 2 years. I have also served as a Mentor.”

Tatum Myers
Board Treasurer
Ms. Myers is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, Haslam College of Business, with a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in finance. She is working as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual and is passionate about educating individuals on how they can achieve financial stability.
“My role is to educate the board on all of our options and advise on what I believe to be the best option. I am very big on being proactive instead of reactive. The goal is to keep Worthy Women Ministries operating no matter what life throws our way!! I am privileged to be the Board Treasurer and look forward to growing as a professional in this position.”

Drocella Mugorewera
Board Secretary
Ms. MugoreWera is a graduate of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv. with a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy (Plant Protection). She is currently working in our community as a Diversity Trust Builder and Founder of Diversity in Action global movement, coaching decision-makers who
are committed to championing diversity In action.
“I am committed to helping organizations embrace diversity and adopt strategies that help them to improve productivity, performance, and efficiency. Another value I will add to the organization is contributing to a fundraising strategy. I understand how nonprofit organizations work, and board relations with the CEO/Executive Director. I led an organization that was about to close doors when I was hired and left it with a $100,000 first reserve ever.”
